WHAT ELSE IS THERE TO KNOW
ABOUT ME?
I care about people. Why they are, who they are, how they make sense, what they try to hide, and what it is they truly seek. I want to know who you really are, for inside your authenticity, and the authenticity of a life lived in truthfulness, lies a power unstoppable in growth and prosperity. When we are authentic and willing to look for the most authentic truth that underlies the lives and companies and projects and communities and families we have created, we find connection to what it is we need next, so we can grow even further and even better.
Connection is growth — and growth is all we will ever do. And it is on us to do it consciously or unconsciously. Conscious connection is fruitful, unconscious connection can lead to disappointment and failure. And of course every failure is also a gain, yet, the more you take what really is, the more you can create what it is you really want.
In my body of work I love to identify dynamics and reasons for global and local circumstances, that are based on peoples behaviours, belongings, cultures and histories. I care about real chances, that lead to fantastic opportunities. Life to me is a matter of radical self-acceptance and the acceptance of a truth, that is the foundation one seeks to change and develop further. Sometimes we must become honest and blunt with ourselves and with what we have built, to find the best solutions and create a future worth nourishing.
I work with individuals who seek to leave the cycle of non-serving behavioural and mental repetitions, leading them to unwanted returning experiences.
I support CEOs, Teams and projects to be and stay motivated, clear headed, easy and joyful in their forthcoming even and especially in this transformative time and market situation.
I work HR related, assessing good candidates and their possible flaws and issues, positionings inside teams, restructuring them based upon their personalities, meta programs and true capabilities. I support projects pinpointed to business intelligence which I have done before assessing personalities and the likelihood of their behaviour and to be expected next steps or likelihood of their trustworthiness.
I am trained to be a ‚counselor Troy’ kind of personality in ongoing negotiations, but also an advisor when it comes to big decisions and structuring ideas.
I am always keen to learn more about structures and interested in shaping dynamics on a global scale.
My sources are: Ram Dass, Byron Katie, Steven Hawkins, NASA, Dr. Joe Dispenza, to only name a few. All forms of Science Fiction for they play out the kind of future scenarios we could face, if we did make this or that next move — and what it could mean. Same counts for The Walking Dead, a show playing with the What-If of individuals and groups, when faced with the collapse of their understanding of security, a necessary readjustment of societal structures, and unseen challenges that need to be investigated. The Godfather, Casino, you name it. Not only history, but a lot of negotiation and inter-cultural exchange in order to make things work, or not. Joe Navarro and Paul Ekman, the masters of reading people through micro mimics, behaviours, posture and more. Jack Nasher, negotiation skills for all. Deepak Chopra The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success. My bible. Nature. My skies. My husband. My dog. My family. Travels. My writings. My art. My way of being able to talk to everyone and being accepted everywhere, from kings to bell boys, which keeps me sane and connected. My survival strategies and my strong will to live and shape and create with ease and joy and happiness and never-ending curiosity.
I’ve lived in Berlin, Athens, London, L.A., Tel Aviv, Zurich, now based in Switzerland. My home is my heart, my behaviour is Prussian, my accent is unidentified, in German it can be the heaviest of Berlin-ish, my food style is local and seasonal, my views of the world are critical, yet hopeful. I love music. I take time. I work quick and clean. I linger and dream, to come up with really good thoughts, not half good ideas. I am honest and sometimes blunt, yet always loving. I don’t get angry, I take notes. I won’t take sides, and I will want listen to all, for my upbringing happened in front of a military diplomatic background. I love the debate and the hug after. I know that I know nothing, and therefore I know quite a lot. Yet, I am a generalist, which is my field of specialty.
Any questions? Any time.
